Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation:
If work has not started, the deposit will be refunded. 2 Working Days
If work is underway, no refunds will be issued, and any completed work will be charged accordingly.
3. Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled before work begins. No refunds will be issued once design work has started.
Partial refund
A partial refund may be available if the cancellation request is made within a certain time frame
A partial refund may be available if the work completed doesn't meet the client's expectations
No refund
A no refund may be available if the services have already been provided
A no refund may be available if the client doesn't respond to the company within a certain time frame
A no refund may be available if the client doesn't share certain information with the company
