By visiting our site and/or purchasing our album designing services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, and merchants.

Any new features or tools added to the current service shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase an album design from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our site, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with insights about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new album designs, and other updates.
CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment method, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or request revisions, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to opt out.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Our album designing services include digital and printed photo albums, customized designs, and related graphic services. Customers can provide their photos, specifications, and design preferences for a tailored album.
We ensure high-quality designs, but colors, layouts, and print outcomes may vary slightly due to screen calibrations and printing processes. The final product is based on customer-approved proofs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We retain ownership of design templates and creative work. Customized albums are for personal use only.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.
We may showcase completed designs in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is requested.

De6 Designs Company specializes in album design services, including but not limited to:
Custom album layout design
Image editing and enhancement (if applicable)
Printing and delivery coordination (if applicable)
2. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution images, text, and any additional materials required for the album design.
Clients must ensure that all submitted materials do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
Approval of designs must be provided within [6] business days after submission by De6 Designs.
All pricing will be outlined in a detailed quote provided before work begins.
A 75 % deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or before the final product is delivered.
Payments can be made via UPI,Debit Card , Credit Card,Net Banking,Razorpay.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur an extra fee of ₹500 per revision.
Revisions must be requested within 2 business days of receiving the draft design.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. To ensure its safety, we implement the following measures:
Secure storage systems for digital files.
Encrypted payment processing through trusted third-party providers.
Restricted access to personal data, limited only to authorized team members.
While we take these precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation:
If work has not started, the deposit will be refunded. 2 Working Days
If work is underway, no refunds will be issued, and any completed work will be charged accordingly.
3. Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled before work begins. No refunds will be issued once design work has started.
